We want you to be confident in your purchase, with Unkitted returns. Please review our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

Unkitted Returns – 30 Days

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original packaging intact.

Manufacturer Defects – 60 Days

If your item has a manufacturer defect, you may request a return or replacement within 60 days of delivery. Defects must be reported with clear photo documentation for review.

ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER

All Unkitted products are made to order using print-on-demand processes and hand assembly. Because of this:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, print placement, or stitching may occur

  • Finished products may differ slightly from digital mockups

These variations are a normal part of the production process and do not qualify as defects.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery

  • Issues related to sizing unless the item is defective

  • Minor variations resulting from the made-to-order production process

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturer defect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
